Requirements
15–20+ years in contracting, including overseas projects
Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts
Strong understanding of contracting environments
Strong coordination and integration mindset
Responsibilities
Ensure seamless coordination between execution and back-office teams
Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues
Monitor project progress, productivity, and risks
Standardize execution workflows and reporting formats
Review programs across projects to ensure realistic sequencing
Support identification of variations, claims, and EOT triggers
