Job Summary: Main liaison for AMC/Service activities, from intake to ERP updates, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Interfaces with customers, technicians, and Accounts for billing. Key Responsibilities: · Receive Service orders & AMC requests; create/update ERP service orders with all details. · Schedule technicians daily; share schedules with customers. · Maintain real-time ERP service order status updates. · Issue AMC/service invoices; coordinate with Accounts for billing. · Provide next-day technician documents and ETA to customers. · Quote parts/services; obtain approvals; follow up on orders. · Manage AMC contracts in ERP; report expirations to HOD. · Handle Dept petty cash requests, coordinate with Accounts for billing. · Obtain technical support from manufacturers; keep the technician updated. · Manage warranty claims and related stock/credits. · Promote AMC, Service, and spares to new UAE customers. · Generate ERP reports; support the monthly technician’s performance review.
