Job Description

The Administrative Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational processes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative affairs/operations
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• High proficiency in MS Office tools
• Fluency in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the administrative affairs team
• Oversee and optimize office operations and data management
• Manage office expenses and facility maintenance
• Coordinate office relocations and space organization
• Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety standards
• Develop strategies to enhance employee experience
