We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager Turkey to lead the operations of our new commercial office in Turkey and drive the strategic expansion across the Turkish market.
Requirements
8–10+ years in commercial leadership roles in the sportswear or fashion wholesale industry
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge and connection within the wholesale market
Proficiency in CRM systems
Knowledge of Turkish and English
Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity
Lead business growth across different distribution channels
Manage the local P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts
Oversee importation, 3PL functionality and last mile delivery processes
