Requirements
Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field
Experience in team management
Excellent command of English
Advanced and active user of SAP and MS Office applications
Ability to manage and report processes with a holistic perspective
Strong analytical thinking, planning, communication, time management, reporting skills
Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented
Research-oriented, result-driven, and dynamic personality
Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
Responsibilities
Follow up TSE/TAREKS application processes carried out with the customs brokerage company
Manage end-to-end (E2E) import operations
Execute and monitor all stock movements through SAP and supervise the team accordingly
Manage all bonded warehouse and local warehouse operational movements
Ensure accurate and timely data flow with Finance / Procurement / Planning departments
Manage invoicing, documentation, and customs procedures for export, transit, and Free Zone operations
Manage payment schedules related to imports
Prepare monthly cost reports and withdrawal plans
Conduct estimated cost calculations for withdrawal files
Carry out freight research and manage communication with carriers
Manage the operations team and monitor process performance
Conduct the YYS (Authorized Economic Operator) preparation process
