Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
Experience in construction / engineering industry is an advantage
Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
