Requirements
Fluent French speaker is a must
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Business Management
5+ years of experience leading multi-functional project teams in IT healthcare domain
3+ years of tender or bid management experience
Responsibilities
Manage ownership of the end-to-end bid process for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
Manage multiple bids with competing priorities
Secure resources from stakeholders (finance, legal, sales)
Carry out detailed costing and pricing
Validate bids for technical, commercial, legal, and financial compliance
Participate in bid clarifications and negotiations
