Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or executive support role is a strong asset
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level)
• French proficiency is a significant advantage

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex calendars for leadership
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and concise summaries
• Track action items and decisions from meetings
• Serve as a central coordination point for information flow
• Monitor and help track key deadlines and project milestones
• Create and maintain impeccably organized digital filing systems
• Draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications
• Assist with basic budget tracking and expense report coordination
