Responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end recruitment operations to meet client and project manpower requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manpower supply projects
• Coordinate mobilization, documentation, visas, and onboarding
• Lead and manage recruiters and sourcing teams
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
