Job Description

NatureBeats is a women-led Lebanese social enterprise delivering innovative programs that combine agroecology, agri-business, environmental education, arts, technology, psychosocial support, and entrepreneurship. We are looking for a results-driven Agro-Business & PR / Sales Expert with strong experience in NGOs, schools, and donor-funded projects. The role focuses on bringing clients, partnerships, schools, and funded projects on board, while supporting pitching, proposal development, and program rollout.

Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in agro-business, sales, PR, or business development
• Strong exposure to NGOs, schools, education programs, or donor-funded projects
• Proven ability to bring clients, projects, or funding
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Proposal writing experience is a strong asset
• A CAR IS A MUST !

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure NGOs, schools, donors, and institutional clients
• Bring new projects, contracts, and funding opportunities
• Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, schools, municipalities, corporates, and event planners
• Lead PR, outreach, and representation in meetings, pitches, and events
• Support proposal writing, fundraising, and donor follow-up
• Pitch and co-design training programs, curricula, and experiential concepts
• Coordinate with technical teams during project delivery
