The HR Executive will handle sales KPI management, reporting, recruitment focused on sales roles, and general HR operations to support the sales teams at ITW Properties.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, FMCG, BFSI, or sales-driven industries
Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, MIS reporting, and HR analytics
Hands-on experience in recruitment for sales roles
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, CRM, and job portals
Responsibilities
Track, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs such as lead conversion, site visits, and target achievement
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS & KPI dashboards
Support incentive calculations and performance-linked payouts
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, channel partner, and site-level roles
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
Support training coordination and onboarding programs for sales teams
