Requirements
Native-level English (mandatory) and Turkish
Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience in luxury hospitality or medical tourism
Proven track record of closing high-value offerings
Experience leading international sales teams
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
Responsibilities
Personally manage and close guest bookings
Lead, coach, and manage a global sales team
Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel in HubSpot
Develop OTA and tour operator channels
Design sales playbooks and training programs
Maintain premium brand standards across UK, MENA, Russia, and Asia markets
