The Senior Pre-sales Engineer is accountable for driving sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
7-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Pre-Sales
Strong exposure to the Levant market
Background in the IT industry, ideally with experience in data management solutions
Responsibilities
Drive sales opportunities by leveraging technical accelerators such as presentations and POCs
Participate in technical sales cadence calls with support and professional services
Assist in the deployment and implementation of solutions post-sale
Deliver customer training sessions and create user documentation
Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
Provide technical product enablement and mentoring
Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify opportunities
