Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a multidisciplinary polyclinic specializing in Dental, Dermatology, and Cosmetic services. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows, enhancing patient experience, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and aligning operations with Saudi healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Medical or Healthcare-related background preferred
• Master’s in Healthcare Administration or Business is an advantage
• Experience in multispecialty clinics (dental, dermatology, or cosmetic centers)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
• Oversee patient workflow, reception, payments/insurance approvals, and appointment systems
• Implement and monitor quality measures and accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI, ISO)
• Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH), SFDA, and SCFHS regulations
• Monitor KPIs, incident reports, and audits
• Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and training needs
