Requirements
7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on digital products
Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-powered products
Proven leadership and management experience
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
Experience conducting and overseeing user research
Strong communication and collaboration skills
