In this role you will lead the HR Operations Front Office team in Turkiye. You will oversee end‑to‑end HR services including employee life-cycle, compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HR operations or service delivery
Experience in leading a team and driving process excellence
Enhanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
Strong track record in delivering HR operational outcomes
Proficient in Turkish and English
Responsibilities
Leading the HR Operations Front Office team
Overseeing HR contact center activities and employee life-cycle
Monitoring operational performance via KPI management and audits
Contributing to global and local continuous improvement initiatives
Managing stakeholders including Hubs in Krakow and Bangalore
