Studio Tolcher is an interior design studio specialising in experiential interiors for short-term holiday rentals and lifestyle properties. The role involves opening commercially intelligent conversations with decision makers within the holiday rental sector, identifying pain points around underperforming listings and weak guest experience, and booking qualified meetings for the founder of the studio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach calls to holiday letting agencies
• Build rapport with agency owners and directors
• Identify issues around occupancy and nightly rates
• Record call notes within shared Google Sheets
• Book qualified meetings into the founder’s calendar
• Follow up to reduce no-shows
