To plan, develop, and deliver technical training programs for MEP staff to improve skill levels, safety awareness, and compliance with company and client standards.
Requirements
Diploma / Engineering qualification in MEP discipline
6–8 years of experience in Facilities Management / MEP operations
Prior experience as Trainer / Senior Technician / Supervisor preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct technical training for MEP trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
Prepare and deliver classroom and on-site practical training
Assess technical competency of technicians and supervisors
Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and manuals
Support induction training and refresher programs
Identify skill gaps and recommend corrective training plans
Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports
