HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee administration.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and grievances
• Support performance management processes
