Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from related fields
• Experience in corporate image, brand management, hospitality, or a related operational role
• Experience in supplier coordination, price negotiation, and service follow-up
• Proactive, quality-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to ensure timely responses and effective collaboration
• Great command of English
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues

Responsibilities

• Oversee all flower management processes and supervise the florist to ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage the inventory, procurement, and presentation of VIP bathroom amenities, ensuring all VIP areas are fully stocked and immaculately maintained
• Conduct supplier research and maintain effective communication via email and phone
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for various projects
• Create, organize, and maintain accurate files, documentation, and records for the Corporate Image Department
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s overall corporate image
• Establish and monitor corporate image standards to ensure consistency across all departments
• Manage invoice tracking and petty cash processes with accurate reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with musicians regarding performance schedules, preparation, and on-site organization
• Manage the selection, procurement, preparation, and timely delivery of corporate gifts
• Ensure all displays, public areas, and visual elements reflect the company’s high-quality standards
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and sustain the company’s corporate image
