Join EY’s Business Development team in Qatar to drive growth, client satisfaction, and strategic pursuits across Government and public sector entities, including ministries, authorities, and key national programs. This role is client-centric and market-facing, requiring the ability to leverage EY’s global network to deliver solutions addressing complex government priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field
- 10–15+ years of experience in business development or consulting
- Qatari National (required)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and government leaders
- Drive revenue and pipeline growth across government entities
- Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations for large-scale engagements
- Shape sector strategies and campaigns
- Apply EY account management frameworks to monitor pipeline
- Mentor junior team members
