Telesales Executive

Job Description

Work from home (WFH) role focusing on making outbound calls to potential customers. The role involves explaining company products/services clearly and convincingly to generate leads and close sales. Performance is measured through monthly targets to qualify for basic salary.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of telesales or call center experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be currently in UAE
• Smartphone/Laptop + stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer handling and communication
• Attend online meetings and training sessions
