HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will be street-smart, empathetic, and adaptable.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or business partnering

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
• Support in implementing HR initiatives and policies
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs
• Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance and leave management
• Support in payroll inputs and HR data management
• Work closely on ad-hoc HR projects related to performance management and compliance
