Requirements
3+ years of experience in designing commercial apps in-house
Portfolio featuring product design work
Design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
Solid understanding of technical implications in design decisions
Focus on UX and understanding of human behavior
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners and Engineers to define customer needs
Identify key metrics and take ownership of project success
Design products from wire-framing to end-to-end prototypes
Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops
Present actions during design reviews and review release performance
