Sr. Sales Consultant - Training

Job Description

As Sr. Sales Consultant - Training, you will be integral part of the sales management team. You will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and increasing market share in individuals and corporate and institutional training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 year Sales / BD experience within training industry
• GCC Training industry experience preferred
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for corporate clients
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities (corporations, government, individuals)
• Generate new leads and secure partnerships with HR and L&D departments
• Prepare and present tailored training solutions and proposals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
