The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment channels
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Prepare and post job advertisements
Source candidates through multiple channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
Coordinate with HR Operations and PRO for visa initiation
