Monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making across all departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational costs (food, beverage, etc.)
• Implement cost control systems and procedures
• Conduct regular inventory checks and variance analyses
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analyses
• Review purchase prices and supplier contracts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
