We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and competent Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The candidate will lead mapping of end-to-end operational processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, and identify operational gaps.
Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in similar position
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or equivalent
Certificate in Business Analysis (CBAP) or PMP/Agile is a plus
Good command of English and Arabic, French is a plus
Responsibilities
Lead mapping of end-to-end operational processes
Design current-state and future-state process blueprints
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
Translate operational needs into technical documentation (BRDs, User Stories)
Review and validate proposed technical solutions including APIs and middleware
Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
