HR Assistant

Job Description

Provide administrative support and assist in HR operations for M.H. Enterprises (L.L.C.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
• M S Excel: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and contracts
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
• Act as point of contact for employee queries on HR policies
• Track attendance and manage leave records
• Resolve payroll-related queries
• Update payroll software and records
