Job Description

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology
• Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft systems
• Active driver’s license
• Good level of English proficiency
• Completed military service

Responsibilities

• Providing client support to end-users in a domain environment
• Troubleshooting notebook, PC, and printer faults
• Active Directory structure management
• Setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices
• IT inventory management
