Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and UAE labor regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Maintain HR records and documentation using IDS software
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking
Support employee engagement, performance appraisals, and training coordination
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hotel policies
Collaborate with department heads to resolve HR-related issues
