Accounts Payable Officer

Job Description

7 Management is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer in Lebanon to manage the full AP cycle for UAE operations, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and VAT compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

Responsibilities

• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for UAE operations
• Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations
• Ensure invoices comply with internal policies and UAE VAT requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate audit-ready records
