Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in office administration and human resources management
Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and contract management

Manage end-to-end national staff recruitment and onboarding
Coordinate performance management processes
Review monthly payroll inputs
Ensure efficient office administration
Liaison with UAE authorities and National Societies
