Colin’s is seeking a highly accomplished Sales Group Manager to accelerate growth across multiple international markets. This role reports directly to the Global Sales Director and carries full P&L responsibility for assigned countries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Fluent in English; Russian proficiency is a strong advantage
15+ years of experience in the retail sector
Senior-level leadership experience with regional or global responsibility
Proven experience in managing P&L
Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities
Own full P&L responsibility for assigned countries and regions
Develop and manage sales and expense budgets
Lead the rollout and execution of sales strategies
Manage multi-channel structures including retail, franchise, and marketplaces
Establish and optimize KPIs and performance management frameworks
Drive digital transformation and AI-driven solutions for sales
