Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in construction preferred
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
Prepare and maintain project documents and reports
Handle data entry and record management
Assist with purchase requests and vendor documentation
