KAT Group is seeking a BDM for Recruitment and Manpower Supply to own revenue growth by driving client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development within Recruitment and Manpower Supply
Proven track record in closing B2B manpower supply or recruitment deals
Strong network with HR, procurement, and project managers
Sound understanding of UAE labor market and visa processes
Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for local and overseas recruitment
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Develop strategic relationships with corporate clients
Lead end to end BD cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures
Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams
Manage key accounts and upsell services
Track KPIs: leads, conversions, revenue
Support vendor registration and compliance documentation
