CIAO Delivery is looking for a Rider Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end rider recruitment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment channels and sourcing networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential rider candidates daily
Manage full recruitment lifecycle (interviews, offers, onboarding)
Collect and verify candidate documents for visa processing
Maintain recruitment tracker for pipeline and attrition
Coordinate with Operations teams for rider allocation
Explain job roles and compliance requirements to candidates
