Quantity Surveyor (Construction Projects)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor with approximately two years of experience in contracting construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• At least 2 years’ experience with a contracting construction firm

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs
• Track project costs and cash flow
• Prepare interim valuations and subcontractor invoices
• Handle variation orders and claims
• Support tender preparation
