Time Keeper

Job Description

Job Title: Time Keeper (MEP Site). Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking an experienced Time Keeper to manage workforce attendance and manpower records at our construction/MEP project sites. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Time Keeper and hands-on experience managing attendance for 200+ workers.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School / Diploma

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance of workers and staff (biometric/manual)
• Maintain detailed logs for time in/out, overtime, absences and leaves
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and HR for manpower allocation
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly attendance and manpower reports
• Provide accurate attendance and OT inputs for payroll processing
• Track employee joining/exit dates and leave requests
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law regarding working hours
• Maintain organized soft and hard copies of timesheets
• Assist during internal/external audits
