The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle of the retail business, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting cycle (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor daily sales reports and reconcile POS data
Track inventory movements and cost analysis
Prepare and file VAT returns as per FTA regulations
