Managing VIP client strategy and nurturing relationships at Christian Dior boutiques in Istanbul (İstinyepark/Zorlu).

Requirements

• Turkish and English proficiency
• Previous experience within luxury fashion (min 5 years)
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP clients maximizing their potential
• Increase client loyalty with focus on local clientele
• Manage strategic planning of VIP events
• Monitor results and profitability of CRM actions
• Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys
