Lead risk‑based audits across the people lifecycle—workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, time and attendance, performance and rewards, learning, employee relations, incentive calculations, and offboarding.
Requirements
5 to 6 years in internal audit or HR controls/operations
CA / CIA or in progress preferred
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver HR audits end‑to‑end
Review recruitment and onboarding approvals
Test payroll and benefits controls
Audit employee relations processes
Use analytics (Excel/Sheets/BI) for full‑population tests
