Based at our Izmir plant, this role will report to the Western Region Operations Senior Manager. It is a hands-on specialist role focused on machine performance, maintenance excellence, and process efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management and breakdown analysis
Solid knowledge of WCM, TPM, 5S, and root cause analysis methodologies
Disciplined, systematic, and hands-on working style
Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir
Responsibilities
Perform performance and efficiency analyses of machinery and equipment
Analyze breakdowns and performance losses to implement permanent solutions
Establish and sustain disciplined maintenance systems
Participate in process and efficiency improvement projects
Support the deployment of TPM culture on the shop floor
Ensure backup and continuity of automation systems and PLC software
