Plan resources and distribute work to meet commercial targets, analyzing project progress against objectives. Conduct weekly/monthly planning with the CM and Project Engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies. Lead “Site Kick-off Meetings” for new projects. Review and understand contracts, including scope, exclusions, payment terms, and penalties.
