Job Description

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Executive to manage HR operations while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant HR / People & Culture experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Performance management support
• Handle employee relations and grievances
