Our client, a federal entity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Policy Planning Expert (UAE National only) to join their team in Abu Dhabi. They will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• UAE National only
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience in HR policy development and implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures
• Review and update existing HR policies for compliance
• Conduct research and analysis on HR policy trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on policy changes
• Develop and deliver training programmes on HR policies
• Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies
• Maintain accurate records of all HR policies
• Provide expert advice to managers on policy interpretation
