We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including ISP/OSP engineers, Civil site staff, and NOC Engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Telecom/ISP/OSP/Civil engineering
Responsibilities
Understand job requirements for technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
