The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR processes across employee documentation, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-4 years of HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred)
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data
Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates and NOCs
Handle day-to-day HR documentation and filing
Support payroll inputs by tracking attendance and leave
Post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities
Conduct HR induction and system setups
Process exit formalities including clearance forms
Serve as a point of contact for basic employee queries
Coordinate with the PRO team for visa processing
Prepare routine HR reports such as headcount and attendance
