Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of experience, with 10 years in drilling
Sound knowledge of integrated project management skills
Proven experience in organizing tenders for drilling and WellWork equipment
Expertise in planning and managing annual project budgets
Responsibilities
Develop and analyze competitive bid tenders
Work closely with D&WW Manager and Engineering Manager on cost estimating
Coordinate with Drilling Surveillance Engineer to monitor ongoing rig operations
Identify and communicate potential drilling challenges impacting cost and schedule
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
