As a Category Development Manager, you will be an integral part of establishing, developing and maintaining long-term and category-related relationships with Red Bull partners in the Retail and Discounter channels.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in category management / insights / sales or comparable position
Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry and retail
Extensive knowledge in handling data and market & shopper & consumer research (Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc.)
Very good analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident handling of Microsoft Office

Develop CM concepts for the Perfect Store Energy Drinks
Identify turnover and sales potential
Carry out category management projects independently
Analyze data from internal and external sources (Nielsen, IRI, GfK)
